Black-Moose Kayak Event Spring Kayak Fest - Lyons Falls ,NY
Add to Personal EventsClassic Northeastern Whitewater! Come paddle the stellar sections of the Moose River with whitewater for all abilities - class II to class V. We also have miles of beautiful flatwater for family members along the Black River and a local rafting company is offering a discounted raft trip for family! We will have a guided trip on the Middle Moose, class II-III, for beginner/intermediate paddlers. Camping nearby at Riverside Park in Lyons Falls, close to the Bottom Moose takeout, and it's only $10 per car for the entire weekend! The local school is sponsoring a 5K run, there will be a Spaghetti dinner at the park and cookout at the takeout by the local FD, bonfire, music, breakfasts and more. Fun for the whole family! Join us in this great little community to kick off the season with great paddling and fun for the whole family!
